Software Developer - (New Baltimore, MI)

Description This position reports to the Vice-President, Technology, Process Simulation and is responsible for software engineering in various aspects of the Mimic Process Simulation product. Applicant is expected to be team oriented, focused on producing quality software, highly adaptable and possess a strong work ethic. Responsibilities * Software engineering for existing and future Process Simulation products under the direction of the Vice-President Technology and Product Manager. * Participation in design/development of new Process Simulation User Interface functionality. * Participation in design/development of new Process Simulation engine functionality. * Testing of new Process Simulation functionality and product releases. * Understand Industrial and non-Industrial Ethernet systems and protocols. Design/develop products and services which make use of Ethernet such as inter-process communications and inter-system communications, e.g., communications with PLC’s.
