We have multiple offices in Washington State and Idaho. We are looking for a litigation paralegal in the Royal City, Washington. This position with the firm is primarily focused on litigation involving personal injury and automobile accidents. The position being filled is full time with health, dental, and vision benefits. Salary depends on background. Duties Draft pleadings, motions and appellate documents and file them with the court Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics etc) Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs and appendices Aid attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests Gather relevant details from a variety of sources
