**Job Location** USA, Louisville, KY **Job Posting Title** Lab Technician - Water Damage Product Liability **The Challenge** The Lab Technician - Water Damage Product Liability, will be a member of the Water Damage Product Liability team tasked with testing return parts and preparing engineering reports based on predefined test procedures. This role is a member of the PL Water Damage Team and will collaborate closely with the other members of this team to support reducing costs associated to water damage claims. **What you will Do** **Required responsibilities** + Managing the queue of returned parts and ensuring the highest priority items are tested as needed. + Testing and documenting all returned parts according to instructions from the team, with the goal of accomplishing 40 reports per week. + Manage storage of returned parts in new storage facility. + Manage shipping account and returns of tested parts. + Manage cleanliness of their work area and the lab in general.
