Senior Division Order Analyst (COG-2019-396) Title Senior Division Order Analyst Location Midland, TX Job description Log, research and respond to written and phone inquiries. Work with area Division Order analysts to respond to title inquiries. Work with Revenue Accountants to respond to payment issues. Analyst will work with Land Specialist/Landman to ensure that all title issues are resolved as needed. Analyst will calculate BCP/ACP, BPO/APO and non-consent interests Assist with review of JIB and Revenue suspense. Assist with reviewing status of suspended owners for Escheat process. Handle special projects assigned by Division Order Supervisor or Land Administration
