Job ID 18000FAV Available Openings one PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Perform various jobs within the Solutions Department. Responsible for creating a safe, clean efficient manufacturing environment within all areas of the Solution production department. Responsible for proper set up of production area. Accurately account for raw materials, production reconciliations, labor efficiencies, rejects and assist with meeting production goals. Prepare and complete accurate BPR records. Provide direction, training and assist as needed. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Under general supervision, follows established company policies and procedures and applies acquired job skills to maintain a working understanding and adhere to all applicable SOP s in the Solution Department. Properly train, monitor and ensure that new employees and existing employees comprehend the training they receive. Accurately fill out Batch Production Records (BPR). Perform Line Clears and document on BPR. Perform Line Changeovers.
