Leasing Specialist POSITION: Leasing Specialist REPORTS TO: Community Manager POSITION DETAILS: The Leasing Specialist is a sales driven position that performs a variety of administrative tasks geared toward the goal of max occupancy by quality residents and performs other functions as assigned by the Community Manager. PRIMARY DUTIES: Performs all tasks relating to leasing the property, such as showing the property to prospective residents, preparing lease packets, running credit reports. Abides by and enforces the Fair Housing Laws. Prepares lease packets and performs move in process for new residents. Generate traffic through internet, print and outreach marketing. Responds to telephone and email communication from residents and prospects. Develop social media initiatives to connect and engage residents; post announcements, images, updates, and event details. Deliver timely and remarkable customer service to community residents. Play a key role in resolving resident concerns and issues.
