Cashier - Lead - (Middleton, WI)

Position Summary This position is directly responsible for the successful operations of the Cashier Department. Primary assignments include hiring, scheduling, supervising cashier staff, department operations and ensuring the highest level of quality customer service for our customers. Duties and Responsibilities Providing oversight and supervision to Cashier staff to include managing schedules, providing training, work assignments, ensuring proper coverage and monitoring performance. Maintain the highest standard of exceptional customer service for all Bruce Company customers. Demonstrate quality sales techniques and function as a role model providing a leading example of proper conduct and communication, adhering to/enforcing company policies. Complete reconciliation of cash drawers and receipts daily. Serve as subject matter expert and provide management, training and oversight for the POS system. Opening and/or closing Retail Store as needed. Participate in general inventory.
