Position summary Marine Service Writer/ Parts Person Job Summary Responsible for the vital interface between service customers and the service department Develop and maintain inter-department relationships in order to improve customer satisfaction Organize and control service department workload and scheduling Develop and implement rigorous methods to improve customer satisfaction Develop and utilize a service writer 'walk around' inspection sheet for incoming service equipment Receive parts calls and order parts for customers and service team Complete all warranty processes with manufactures Meet and greet customers bringing in their equipment for inspection or repair Must organize, schedule and control service work scheduling to ensure fast equipment turn around Organize and control service department pick up and deliveries with all customers Manage customers through a regimented follow up program Rotating Saturdays during season Work shows and events as needed Promote sales of all accessories Maintain a
