Service Writer - Customer Support / Industrial Parts and Service - (Jamaica, NY)

Position summary PMT Forklift is looking for a qualified applicant for our Parts & Service department for our Jamaica Queens branch. This position is similar to an Automotive parts counterperson. Duties will include: Helping dispatch road techs and taking care of customer calls for service and parts Ordering parts for service techs and customers Invoicing service and parts jobs. Keeping track of inventory and insuring sufficient stock. Helping walk in customers with their parts other needs. You will be working with our home branch in West Babylon, but you will be located in our Jamaica branch. MUST be computer proficient. (Not required, but Spanish speaking a plus) This is not a telemarketing phone sales customer service position.
