Quality Engineer - (Fort Worth, TX)

Kelly Engineering has an excellent opportunity with a medium sized company in Fort Worth for a Quality Engineer with 3-ten years of experience working with Quality Systems, Lean 6 Sigma, FMEA, etc. If you are looking for a direct hire opportunity with the desire to create new products on the cutting edge of technology, this is the role for you. This role has a designated career path, taking over for the Quality Manager when he retires. Quality Engineer leads process and supplier improvement efforts as required by the company's procedures. Interaction with internal and external customer and supplier is paramount to resolve quality issues and process improvements. The QE will actively participate in the creation of test plans for new products working with product development, and for process/product improvements working with manufacturing engineering. The QE has the ownership of PFMEA, Control Plans, RMA analysis, and Internal Defect (IDR) analysis.
