Quality Assurance / Control - (Downers Grove, IL)

Looking for a quality technician or quality engineer type skill set to to work at Downers Grove facility. This position will be Monday-Friday 6-8 hours a day. Hourly Rate of $17-20 an hour Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities 1.Perform 1st article inspections using basic quality hand tools and the CMM 2.Document FAI results per FAI format 3.Collaborate with Engineering to disposition FAIs where dimensions have failed 4.Coordinate the logistics of processing parts per the FAI disposition Secondary Responsibilities 1.Collect products being made from each work station throughout the week and perform and document required Prolink inspections. 2.Perform internal and supplied product inspections Required Skill set: -3+ years of inspection related skills -Blueprint reading background, including GD&T knowledge -Proficient in using basic hand tools and CMM -CMM programming abilities (a plus) -Prolink (SPC software) knowledge (a plus) Requirements:
