Senior Video Editor/Video Post-Production Manager - (Baltimore, MD)

1st and foremost, the Senior Editor will be the lead editor for the agency. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for managing and mentoring a small team, as well as leading all post-production efforts, including animation, sound design, color correction, etc. We understand this means you’ll need to be a “jack of all trades,” but this is a high impact role within the agency and the right applicant will be eager to take on this role. Responsibilities: Provide top-notch editorial to a wide variety of projectsfrom tv spots to mini-docs and social deliverables. Although you won’t be expected to edit every project (in fact, we discourage it), you’ll be counted on to provide editorial leadership and direction to more junior editors as they work on their own projects. Overseeing post-production, including editing, audio, color correcting, and motion graphic design, guaranteeing a high production value.
