The Dunn County News, a twice-weekly newspaper in western Wisconsin, has an opening for a sports and general news reporter. Coverage includes all aspects of local sports and news as well as features, photography, creating videos posting to our web siteand social media. We're looking for someone with a passion for community journalism and who is ready to showcase our region with their reporting and writing. The right applicant will be a responsible self-starter who is able to cover evening and weekend assignments on aggressive deadlines for digital and print. The successful applicant must be adept at mobile technology and social media. A journalism, communications or English degree is preferred.
