Payroll Supervisor - Norfolk, VA Direct Hire Opportunity - pay to $60k Currently seeking a Payroll Supervisor for a reputable manufacturing company located in Norfolk, VA. This is a direct hire opportunity with pay up to $60k. This position reports to the Payroll manager and will supervise daily operations of hourly and salary payroll processes. The core assignments include but are not limited to disaster recovery updates, Kronos time-keeping security set up, reclassifications, accruals, and month-end reconciliations.Responsibilities: Monitoring overall payroll process and implementing process improvements Scheduling and assigning work and measuring performance Supervising 3 payroll associates Creation of journal entries for payroll suspense kickouts Contribute to decisions regarding hiring/termination, promotions
