Project Architect - (Kalamazoo, MI)

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, required; Master’s degree in Architecture, preferred AIA Licensure, required; State of Michigan, preferred Min 5yrs of facilities design background, required K-12 educational facility and commercial building design background, preferred Proficient in AutoCAD 2017, required; Revit background, preferred Strong and good communication abilities, required Proven creative and effective problem-solving skills a must Expertise to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, critical responsibilities: Provide building systems that employ construction techniques that are technically complete and correct within the established design parameters, on-time with schedules and within construction budgets. Review Owner’s approved program statement and monitor design process from conception to construction administration to ensure consistency of design idea.
