Customer Experience Project Consultant (Research/Design) - (Bloomington, IL)

As a Customer Background Project Consultant (Research/Design) within the Analysis, Insights, & Metrics team at COUNTRY Financial, you will have the opportunity to help connect employees to our customers and assist in building memorable experiences for our clients. Our work strengthens our culture of putting customers 1st and championing their needs. This position allows you to partner with stakeholders from across the organization and is a great opportunity for those who have background in human-centered design and research. This position acts as a subject matter expert on projects across the organization that require the Voice of the Customer while managing research vendors and consultants as needed on projects. They will also manage and/or conduct qualitative research sessions (ethnography, interviews, focus groups, journey mapping workshops, etc.) that result in actionable insights and recommendations for the organization using sound research methods and human-centered design.
