Technical Engineering Lead - (Blacksburg, VA)

We are seeking a senior engineering professional to lead system integration efforts. Our Technical Lead will coordinate and deliver major business-critical programs, working cross-functionally across the company to translate business needs to actual deliverables. Responsibilities: Assemble your cross-functional program leadership team; clarify roles & responsibilities, build trusted relationships with teammates and all relevant stakeholders Guide team through refining qualifications and setting program scope Working closely with company leaders and our Technical Program Managers, create and own master program milestones, cross-team integration points, overall schedule & execution plan; mentor and assist other program participants in creating plans for their respective areas Capture and track inter-team dependencies & hand-offs; monitor & help resolve issues Define program metrics & KPIs
