Overview Pay Grade/Pay Range: $20.24/hr Department/Organization: 504241 - Building Maintenance Normal Work Schedule: Days - May be required to work shift work. Job details: This position performs routine work by preparing and staining or painting of interior and exterior surfaces. Must drive from site to site. Required Min Requirements: Demonstrated expertise to read, write and follow oral and written instructions and a min 2yrs experience in the construction trades including 1yr's experience in the field of painting. Knowledge and expertise to use a variety of painting techniques and tools. Must have the expertise to distinguish colors. Must be able to lift, handle and maneuver the tools, materials and supplies of the job. Must be able to perform those items in the Position description and the required functions. Must have the expertise to use job-related tools and equipment and chemical supplies. Must have valid US driver's license.
