Tier two Mobile Device Help Desk Analyst Top Secret Clearance We are currently looking for a Tier II Mobile Technical Support Technician with background supporting applications on mobile devices for a broad range of mobile operating systems (Apple iOS, Android OS, Windows 8/10 Mobile, etc.). This position is responsible for providing basic technical support, troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintaining equipment relative to the designated MDM (AirWatch, Good, etc.), Active Directory, designated enterprise messaging system, various mobile device hardware, and mobile device operating systems (Android, Apple iOS, Windows Mobile). Location: Washington, DC Industry: Defense Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Salary: $60-63k depending on background and education Requirements: * Active Top Secret clearance is required * 2-4+ years of directly related mobile device background * High-school certificate along with specialized technical knowledge or training * Expertise to travel to support Quantico and Washington DC
