â?¢ IT Technicians are responsible for IT functionality provided to the Army users at the relocation sites. Continuity Facilities equipment is required to be kept in an operational and ready status. â?¢ In concert with Government IT, ensures the operational readiness of all offices and workspaces, and IT/Communications hardware and systems in direct support of the Army Operations Center (AOC) personnel at the Site. Specified activities include: â?? Provide Tier 1, Tier two desktop support and Tier three system administration up to TS/SCI for HQDA AOC personnel and 5 JWIC SCIFs at 2 relocation sites. â?? Provide Tier 1, Tier two and Tier three Secure Video Teleconference (SVTC) support to AOC users up to and including TOP SECRET SCI. â?? Provide on-site troubleshooting and repair for all ERG designated local area networks (LAN). fifteen â?? Prepare network drawings and server rack elevation for AOC Disaster Recovery capability and A/V-VTC hardware.
