Job Number: R0042747 Test and Training Manager Key Role: Design and analyze developmental and operational test and training activities of a military, governmental, or business system to obtain a quantitative, rational basis for decision making or resource allocation. Leverage advanced knowledge of modeling and measuring techniques, mathematics, statistical methods, engineering methods, operational mathematical techniques, and other principles and laws of scientific and economic disciplines in determining solutions. Apply the execution of a test and evaluation management plan. Coordinate with multiple organizations in the DoD to schedule, coordinate, and execute complex multi-domain test events. Draft test plans and test reports for peer and government review. Work with a training team, travel worldwide to provide advanced tactical instruction to Air Force, Army, Navy, and client war fighters on the use of a complex multi-domain command and control application.
