POSITION OVERVIEW: Provide leadership, direction and support for Vertex's On-line Operations ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Support in-place solutions in the technology space: Provide technical support for Vertex's hosted applications and environments Document the in-place solutions for operational and planning purposes. Other duties as required to further the business goals of the company Monitor and maintain solutions in the technology space: Support, install, enhance, and customize the hosted environment.
