Primary focus will be on administration and ongoing support, as well as implementation of new features and functionality. Responsibilities include mastery of both end user and administrative operations and functionality; ongoing application support to business users; development and/or maintenance of operational standards and best practices; audit procedures to ensure maintenance of data integrity; product and process documentation;
