Job overview Description: The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for overall safety management, performance and direction of 2 Oklahoma operations. Projects include large and small oil and gas production facilities, excavation and trucking. The Regional Director of Operations will be responsible for 50:100 employees throughout the region. The Regional Director of Operations is a key part of the senior management team. Responsibilities: :Improve and drive continuous safety culture :Supervise and manage operations including recruitment and staffing :Control work flow, operational planning and performance improvement :Develop and maintain annual operating plans and goals :Monitor cost, quarterly projections and capital expenditures :Operating process improvement and optimization efforts :Develop, organize and manage key metrics and performance indicators for operation performance tracking :Track and manage corrective actions
