Production Coordinator - SCH/FIP 2nd Shift - (Lawrence, KS)

No Position details: Coordinates and provides the training, tools and materials to meet schedule customer demand for a production area(s) of responsibility. All of this must be done within the prescribed policies and procedures of the company. ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: one : Coordinates with Supervisor in assigning work to meet on time production and quality goals. two : Controls the workflow within the area of responsibility to meet efficiency targets, minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Ensures run order for line. three : Requires the expertise to train people and serve as a coach to Teammates. Perform On-the-job training and line and production orientation for new hires. four : Records accurate data on production, labor, teammates, and scrap on a timely basis. Follows up with teammates on accurate production reporting. Completes shift paper work. five : Ensures accuracy of inventory and inventory management.
