CNC Machinist - (Farmington, CT)

Position description CNC Machine Operators: Duration: contract, up to one year Hours: first shift: Monday-Friday, 7AM-3:30PM Position responsibilities: 1. Set-up and operate bending, laser cutting, and punching machines 2. Operate Punching and Bending CNC machines 3. Create/edit CNC programs (including speeds/feeds) as directed 4. Read blueprints to complete all production orders 5. Able to lift 70 pounds 6. Operate overhead crane/forklift Qualifications Skills: 1. Previous sheet metal fabrication and press brake background is a plus 2. Able to lift up to 70 pounds 3. Must be able to read blueprints to determine operation procedures 4.
