Position description The Production Operator is responsible for producing, monitoring, and/or cleaning component parts from written and verbal instructions through the operation of various laser machine processes in a team environment with minimal supervision. This position also will assist with shipping and receiving, office cleaning, administrative work, and be ready to perform a variety of other tasks. Critical responsibilities Operate production equipment to produce component parts from work instructions and prints, insuring correct material, tooling, processes, programs and forms are being used Inspect and monitor the quality of the parts produced per visual and dimensional requirements Perform basic daily preventative maintenance as required for production equipment
