The Community Relations Director role is crucial to the success of the community. The success of this role is through achieving, and maintaining, census goals and expectations of the community. Census is reached through nurturing positive relationships with others on the care partner team, those who currently live in or visit the community, and members of the outside community who should be aware of the current happenings inside of your community.
