YEAR ROUND EMPLOYMENT Overview: This individual will perform the necessary functions to ensure tree health growth and care while performing their general labor duties. Here s what you ll do: General labor work including filling pots, planting seeds and seedlings, pest control, pruning trees, spraying (applying chemical solutions to plants), weeding, picking and sorting trees Preparing and packing trees for field delivery (loading/unloading) Cleaning equipment and facilities Maintaining and repair irrigation system Record details about plants and plant growth Performs all tasks in a safe manner. Required to wear all safety gear assigned and asks for instructions when unfamiliar or lacking knowledge of proper safety procedures Must be able to work with minimal supervision Be a self-motivated and flexible team member with a strong work ethic Here s what you ll bring to the table: Applicant must have outstanding communication expertise and be able to work as a team member.
