Property Manager - (Westerville, OH)

Responsibilities ­­­The Property Manager’s main responsibility will be to manage the Elevate Office Building onsite. Building occupancy will be the responsibility of the Property Manager and any part-time leasing staff. As such, the Property Manager will need to establish community relationships to promote the Elevate brand and building tenants. The Property Manager will cultivate leads, in collaboration with the home office, take prospective tenants on tours of the building, and handle the lease process from initiation through occupancy. It is important that the Property Manager develop good working relationships with tenants in order to promote a high-level of tenant retention and tenant relations. The Property Manager will greet guests upon arrival and direct them to their appropriate suite or conference room as well as assist tenants and visitors with building technology.
