Warehouse Selector - Conklin, NY - (Conklin, NY)

Maines Paper & Food Service is seeking Selectors to join our team! All positions require working in the safest manner possible and keeping the Warehouse clean. GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: The Selector selects orders for delivery to customer. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Read customer invoices to determine items to be selected, moved, and staged for distribution. Temp produce product upon receiving with temperature probes to guarantee product was held at correct temperature for food safety Select in rotation of slot sequence. Stack merchandise in accordance with standard guidelines, including but not limited to, stacking lighter product on top, case seams up, and labels and descriptions out. Communicate replenishment of pick slots to lift operators, as needed. Follow all housekeeping procedures. Ensure accuracy of product staged for loading. Comply with safety policies and procedures. Wear required personal protective equipment. Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
