Job summary We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Horticulture Sales Rep to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales relationship with businesses that include architects, contractors, landscapers, property managers and more. Previous knowledge and experience in horticulture and sales is a must. Responsibilities: :Communicate effectively in person and over the phone to discover the customers wants and needs :Must be extremely detail:orientated :Must be able to respond quickly and efficiently to the ever:changing construction environment :Must be able to track and communicate contract agreements, delayed starts, and accelerated schedules to ensure contracted material is grown to meet construction timetables. :Must be a motivated self:starter who is capable of working both alone and with a team :Prospecting new customers Facilitating Steps of the Sale: :Going over landscape images and layouts with customers :Doing on:property design consults as needed
