Summary The Proposal Writer is responsible for the creation of detailed, accurate and clearly written proposals as an essential step in the product sales process. This position is also responsible for researching, managing, and responding to RFP?s that have been submitted by potential clients in the health and human services industry. Roles & Responsibilities Actively prospect for new RFP opportunities. Lead the selection process of RFP opportunities. Conduct planning sessions with company stakeholders to fully analyze business opportunities. Author and edit content in a proposal response to ensure consistency, clarity, and persuasiveness of material. Collaborate with subject matter experts to compile targeted, accurate, and quality proposal content. Create and manage detailed project plans for responding to RFP?s in a timely manner. Prepare final RFP deliverables, including coordinating, printing, and shipping.
