Tenured/Tenure Track Assistant/Associate/Full Professor in Mechanical Engineering The J. Mike Walker ’66 Department of Mechanical Engineering at Texas A&M University invites applications for tenured/tenure-track assistant/associate/full professor level position. The ideal candidate would have a experience and understanding of Quantum Mechanics and concomitant theory as it applies to development tools and techniques in cast in Hilbert space. The applicant will apply these skills to support efforts in Human Machine Interaction, Brain Cognition and Autonomous systems. The successful applicant will be required to teach, advise and mentor graduate students, develop an independent, externally funded research program, participate in all aspects of the department’s activities, and serve the profession. Superior written and oral communication abilities are required. Candidates must have an earned doctorate in mechanical engineering or a closely related engineering or science discipline.
