PROFESSIONAL ERIE COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS REPUBLICAN CLERK EDUCATION: Applicant must be a registered Republican voter. A applicant for the Republican Clerk of the Erie County Board of Elections must possess at least a high-school diploma or equivalent (GED). College level education is desired but not required. GENERAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: Applicant must, to the satisfaction of a majority of the board, have the experience and capability to perform the day-to-day operations of the Erie County Board of Elections. The applicant must possess: Effective written and interpersonal communication expertise; Strong management expertise & attention to detail; Strong clerical skills; Expertise to perform duties assigned by law, the county board of election
