Maintenance mechanic fabricator - (Eagle Lake, TX)

Position description: Maintenance Mechanic Fabricator Alleyton Resource is seeking a qualified Maintenance Mechanic Fabricator. This position will reside in the Eagle Lake, Texas area. The position of Maintenance Mechanic Fabricator will be instrumental in the repair and maintenance of all stationary equipment. Including conveyors, hoppers, screens, crushers, screws, hydraulics, log washers, pumps etc. All while maintaining a safety 1st attitude. Adhere with all workplace standards, policies and procedures, as well as compliance with all federal and state regulations, including OSHA, TCEQ etc. Duties and responsibilities Will troubleshoot, perform repairs, rebuilds and maintenance of all equipment. Will identify the root cause in failures and report to supervisor. Dismantle and reassembles equipment, using hoist, fork lifts, cranes and hand tools. Examines parts for damage and excessive wear and report issues to supervisor. Replaces defective parts effectively, efficiently and safely.
