Manufacturing Engineer - (St Marys, OH)

Position overview Job Description / Duties: :Develop assembly / manufacturing process to support new product or existing product improvements :Learn product and identify process qualifications during development phase :Develop any new processes that may be required prior to product release to minimize time required to transition to production :Identify methods to ensure standardized work is followed and reduce process variation :Work with manufacturing teammates to develop continuous improvement initiatives :Develop and maintain documentation and processes for new products, including: Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEAs), Control Plans, Work Instructions, process capability studies, DOEs, IQ/OQ/PQ reports, and process verification reports :Develop work instructions following required process sequence capturing all critical process steps :Identify, evaluate and recommend required capital equipment for new processes
