Must be pleasant, respectful and courteous to residents, families, visitors and fellow employees at all times. Part-time Every other weekend 3:00pm - 11:30pm MAJOR JOB FUNCTIONS: Provide efficient and courteous customer service. Provide directions, details and assistance to any guest requesting such service. Tag and store found items, record lost item reports and match found items with lost item reports. After verification of need and authority, unlock room doors, lockers, drawers and vehicle doors as requested.
