Guthrie Entity Robert Packer Hospital Shift Per Diem Pay Grade CTR/CON License Advanced Life Support Basic Life Support CPR / AED Certification Registered Nurse FLSA Status Non-Exempt Main Function Provides high-quality nursing care for assigned patients in a scientific and humanistic focus. The Robert Packer Hospital Staff Registered Nurse (RN) utilizes a holistic systems approach to protect and promote client wellness and safety in the physiological, psychological, social-cultural, developmental and spiritual domains. Nursing interventions are interdisciplinary, age specific and are directed toward optimal wellness. Education Bachelors Degree RN Background 1 Yr RN background within the last 5 yrs preferred. Outstanding communication abilities (verbal and written) desired. Background working in a team environment. Technical skills required, prior background with electronic medical record systems preferred.
