Arrowhead-Shift Supervisor - (Pendleton, OR)

POSITION DESCRIPTION Responsible for the management, and financially authority associated with the duties of supervising shifts and employees, and shift reconciliation. ? ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Shall promote guest service to ensure customer satisfaction through prompt, efficient and quality staff service Responsible for overseeing and maintaining operations on shift, including appropriate staffing for business needs. Responsible for supervision of staff, conducting performance evaluations, counseling, training and disciplinary actions. Administer cash handling procedures, daily shift reconciliations, and deposits etc. Develop, monitor, and routinely inspect daily cleaning assignments against established performance standards. Communicate with co-workers and manager, operational concerns, staffing needs, maintenance needs and/or reports and participate in meeting business goals and objectives.
