Job details JOB SUMMARY Daymark Living is a groundbreaking campus where adults with intellectual, cognitive or development disabilities can live, learn, and thrive. The campus sits on 40 acres near historic downtown Waxahachie, and includes 28 cottages and community buildings for dining, fitness and education. The Leasing Consultant will receive visitors, conduct tours, provide assistance to residents, and respond by phone and email to inquiries regarding Daymark programs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following duties are normal for this position. This list is not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned. :Contacts by phone persons who have made inquiries in to Daymark programs. :Manages the relationship and follows up with prospects throughout all phases of the sales cycle, by phone (primary) and by email according to prospect management guidelines. :Answers phone and receives visitors :Conducts tours to prospective residents.
