Property Manager: MOB Administration - Full-time; Exempt - (Chattanooga, TN)

Job Summary:The Property Manager assists the Director of MOB Administration in managing all the professional office buildings owned by the Hospital.Education:Required:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in construction management, architecture, or Business Administration, or equivalent work related skills.Preferred:N/AExperience:Required:At least 1 yr background working in a construction related field, and at least 2 years of background in property management. Preferred:Lease administration, architectural, and/or design/AutoCAD background. Position Requirement(s): License/Certification/RegistrationRequired:Proficiency in Microsoft excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Project.Preferred:AIA, BOMI, Accredited RPA, Contractors License preferred. Department Position description:Assists the Director in management of new office buildings and renovations of existing office buildings.
