Community Banking Specialist I - (Taneytown, MD)

In this role, you are responsible for providing quality customer service; assessing new and existing customer financial needs and providing solutions; identifying cross sales opportunities for products and other lines of business; establishing deposit and loan account relationships, and, solving problems. Other responsibilities for this position include attaining sales goals, assisting in the achievement of office sales and service goals, and performing Community Banking Associate duties, as needed. The Community Banking Specialist reports to the Community Banking Manager of the respective office. Qualifications for this position include proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations, communicative, customer service and sales skills; a strong knowledge of the features and benefits of all Bank products and services; a current knowledge of Bank operating policies and procedures; moderate technical skills, including a working expertise of Word, Microsoft excel
