Controller - (Fairfield, OH)

Overview Element has an opportunity for a Finance Controller to join our growing team. This role is a key member of the Finance team and will be responsible for multiple laboratories across 2 Divisions within the Aerospace Sector. The role is supported by a strong Accounting team and Shared Service Center. The successful applicant will be a key member of the Finance team and report to and partner with the Director of Finance, as well as key Operations internal clients. The primarily responsibility of the role will be the ownership and accountability for the management and financial reporting of the laboratories within the division. This position will require effective leadership traits and managerial skills, while embracing a hardworking culture of continuous improvement, ensuring progress toward the attainment of ambitions company goals.
