Description The Opportunity The Nursing Consultant, Institutional supports the agency's mission to protect and improve the health of people in the state of Washington by providing professional and technical clinical nursing ability in conducting inspections and investigations in both clinical and community care facilities. Major duties include gathering evidence through interviews, document review, and observation of operations; documenting, organizing, and analyzing data for relevance; preparing final reports, including recommendation of licensure or certification. This position also assists customers with inquiries regarding compliance or other issues, and assists with procedural quality improvement process.
