Babysitting Wanted - Lynchburg, Virginia Nanny Opportunity, Seeking Sitter - (Lynchburg, VA)

Hello my name is Traci. We have three beautiful children, aged 21mo, 4y and 8y who all attend school. We have found that help in the home allows us to achieve better life balance and the best nurturing environment for our children. The children have become more active with after-school activities and both parents work outside of the home. Duties would include preparing the children in the morning for school, performing drop offs and pick-ups, educational/fun activities in the afternoon, setting dinner before them in the evenings and as well as clean up and bathing. On work days, hours are 7am-7 p.m. The children are in school between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 pm, allowing our caregiver personal time to pursue his/her individual life goals. However, flexibility is key! We need help on sick days, school closure days, snow days, etc.
