Requisition Summary Peterbilt Motors Company is actively seeking a Product Support Training Manager to manage PACCAR's Service Management Process thoughout our dealer network. This position will develop, document and implement the ideal Service Event Process incorporating the Service Management Platform . This position will be based at our Denton, Texas Corporate office. Training is conducted at dealership locations throughout the U.S. and Canada. Job Functions / Responsibilities : Develop a standarized Service M anagement process with supporting documentation detailing features and benefits. : Communicate benefits to key dealer personnel to obtain buy:in of the program. : Coordinate and manage program with dealers. : Provide Dealer Champions with the necessary tools and training. : Conduct onsite Service Process Reviews at dealership locations to esblish baseline performance, identify process gaps and develop future process for use in implementation training. :
