Business Analyst - (New York, NY)

Position duties Perform qualifications analysis, cost-benefit analysis, gap analysis, impact analysis, etc Tracking, monitoring and updating the status of project deliverables and milestones Assist the PM in identifying potential issues and escalating them to the necessary governance body(ies) Create and use project templates to support the project management life cycle Prepare status update, reports and/or internal memos Perform project implementation throughout the phases of the project life-cycle Assist the PM with managing project risks, issues, and change control, and communicate the impact of the project Knowledge and Background Qualifications Min of 2yrs work background as a Business Analyst and/or in a Project Management roles, preferably in the Finance/Banking industry Good understanding of BSA/AML compliance qualifications Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal Understanding the project management framework and principles Experienced user of Ms word, Powerpoint
