Responsible for the administration of the facility Process Safety Management regulation to meet the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.119 as well as maintaining/updating the documentation supporting the facility implementation of the fourteen (14) elements of the Process Safety Management program. Responsibilities Responsibilities and tasks are written as follows: Ensure conformance to environmental regulations and company environmental policies and guidelines. Responsible for Environmental Management System, Risk Management Program, wastewater treatment plant operation, air permitting and reporting, EPCRA reporting, storm water pollution prevention, spill prevention controls and countermeasures and hazardous waste. Maintain ISO 140001 certification and conformance to the standard. Assist with environmental site audits and coordinate the facility response to findings.
