Water Utility / Laborer - Technician II College Township College Township is seeking candidates for the position of Water Utility/ Laborer-Tech II for the Public Works Department. The primary position responsibilities will include water distribution system maintenance, repairs, construction, and water works operations. Job requires manual labor, equipment operation, and construction work in all weather conditions. Occasional overtime required. Candidates must have a high-school diploma or equivalent plus background and knowledge related to water utility construction, maintenance, and operations. Requires a valid PA Commercial Driver's License, Class A with air brake endorsement, or expertise to obtain within 6 months of hire. This is a full time, 40-hour per week position.
